Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Northside seeks a Director of Inpatient Services to provide administrative and operational leadership for assigned departments, aligning cost, quality of care, and clinical outcomes with the mission and Shared Governance model.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will lead nursing teams, advance patient-family centered care, and drive value-driven outcomes while fostering professional nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.

Serves as part of a the management team and Shared Governance Model focused on promoting the mission, vision and values, of PHC and Nursing Professional Practice, embracing a person-centered philosophy while promoting patient- family centered services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes.

• 7 years nursing experience to include a three (3) years of progressive management experience Required
