PAM Health is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (PT, OT, or SLP) in San Antonio, Texas. The role oversees inpatient and outpatient rehab services and leads a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current license as PT, OT or SLP in the state of Texas is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Master’s degree preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage, and operate inpatient and outpatient rehab services.
• Staffing, program development, budgeting, evaluation, and risk management support.
• Maintain a defined portion of patient care on a regular basis.
