Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sugar Land is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (PT, OT, or SLP) to lead and optimize our inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. You will oversee staffing, program development, budgeting, quality assurance, risk management, and marketing support.

The ideal candidate will hold a current PT/OT/SLP license in Texas, possess a Master’s degree (preferred), and have at least two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current license as a PT, OT or SLP in the state where the hospital resides is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and operate inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Staffing, program development, budget development and monitoring, program evaluation, quality assurance, risk management and marketing support for the program.
• Responsible for a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis.
