Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont in Texas is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PT, OT, or SLP) to lead inpatient and outpatient services. You will oversee staffing, program development, budgeting, quality assurance, and risk management while ensuring high patient satisfaction.

Current licensure in PT/OT/SLP in the state and BLS certification are required; a Master’s degree is preferred, with supervisory experience valued.

Qualifications

• Current license as a PT, OT or SLP in the state where the hospital resides is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and operate inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Staffing, program development, budget development and monitoring; quality assurance and risk management.
• Provide a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis.
