• Oversee daily management, maintenance, and stability of campus network infrastructure and enterprise server environments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Infrastructure Engineering to implement execution-focused operations and sustain best-in-class computing and network environments.
• Lead and manage the Network and Systems Operations supervisors to ensure a rock-solid technology foundation.
• Drive incident management and ensure strict adherence to service level agreements across data center operations, storage, and virtualization.
