Job summary

The role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) with a 1-year probationary period and a 40-hour work week, reporting to the Senior Director of Infrastructure Services.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure technologies and operations.
• Ability to coordinate infrastructure projects and provide hands-on troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ITSM, asset management, and incident/problem management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network infrastructure operations and act as escalation point.
• Provide technical leadership for Network Engineering staff and projects.
• Oversee monitoring, performance analytics, and ensure high availability.
• Support campus network security posture in collaboration with ISO.
• Lead development of resiliency strategies.
