Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in IT or 12 years equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership.
• Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and operations management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business priorities and technology strategy.
• Experience in resource, vendor, and delivery management.
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex processes.

The Director is accountable for establishing scalable infrastructure patterns, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring reliable, cost-effective service delivery. Additionally, the role provides strategic and people leadership across teams, translating business needs into technology solutions and execution roadmaps.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years in Information Technology or 12 years equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership.
• Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business priorities and technology strategy.
• Experience in resource, vendor, and delivery management.
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex processes.

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with cloud, compute, network, EUC, or distributed systems.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• ITIL or similar framework experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.

Compensation: $133,400.00 - $247,700.00
