You will drive alignment across Engineering, Operations, and Service Management, establish scalable patterns, and push for cost-efficient, reliable service delivery while providing strategic and people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in IT or 12+ years equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership.

Job Summary

Additionally, the role provides strategic and people leadership across teams, translating business needs into technology solutions and execution roadmaps.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years in Information Technology or 12 years equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership.
• Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business priorities and technology strategy.
• Experience in resource, vendor, and delivery management.
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex processes.

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field .
• Experience with cloud, compute , network, EUC, or distributed systems.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• ITIL or similar framework experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

Base Pay Range $133,400.00 - $247,700.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
