Job summary

Gateway Ticketing Systems is seeking a Director of Information Systems to own the strategy, performance, and evolution of our internal technology landscape in a global SaaS environment. You will lead CloudOps, IT, cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise systems, partnering with executives to accelerate digital transformation.

This hybrid role requires commuting to the Gilbertsville, PA office 2–3 days per week and leading a high-performing IT team while aligning technology with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven leadership across IT, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure and modern cloud architectures.
• Strong data governance, BI tools, and analytics strategy knowledge.
• Experience leading digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward‑looking IT & Information Systems strategy.
• Oversee enterprise systems, data governance, and cross‑department integrations.
• Lead cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, MIPA, etc.).
• Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and cloud‑native operations.
• Partner with software development teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing IT & IS team.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
• Collaborate with executives to align technology, analytics, and business intelligence
