Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Director of Influencer Marketing to define the strategic vision for influencer-led storytelling that builds trust and drives customer acquisition in healthcare and wellness segments.

You will build a diversified influencer portfolio across macro- and micro-influencers, celebrities, and healthcare practitioners, mentor the team, and partner with Creative, Clinical, and Regulatory groups to scale programs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on influencer marketing and content strategy.
• Several years in a managerial or director-level role.
• Strong strategic planning and communication skills.
• Proven success working with external agency partners (PR, talent, and affiliates).
• Ability to combine creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in health, wellness, or healthcare sector is highly preferred.
• BA required; MBA or Masters a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish the strategic vision for influencer-led storytelling to build trust and drive revenue.
• Build a diversified influencer portfolio across macro- and micro-influencers, healthcare experts, and advocates.
• Cultivate authentic, long-term partnerships with cultural voices and creators.
• Develop campaign frameworks and testing approaches with the DTC team.
• Collaborate with Creative, Clinical, and Regulatory teams on influencer guidance.
• Scale the influencer program across organic and paid channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters).
• Manage external PR firms, talent agencies, and affiliate networks.
• Create and own weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and reports.
• Mentor and develop the Manager, Influencer Marketing.
• Represent influencer marketing in planning, calendars, and budget cycles.
• Define and own metrics for influencer, PR, and DTC effectiveness.
• Monitor engagement, traffic, conversion rate, CAC, revenue metrics, and share of voice.
