Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to build and scale our creator and partner ecosystem across the US. You will own channel strategy, creator sourcing, contract negotiations, campaign execution, and performance reporting to drive patient growth.

This role blends creative strategy with CAC optimization, working with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, while partnering with Legal and Clinical Ops to ensure privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years influencer/creator/perf marketing with CAC focus in DTC health or regulated healthcare
• Experience building creator programs delivering brand reach, engagement, and direct business impact
• Hands-on growth-budget management with CAC/ROI accountability
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with negotiation rights and licensing experience
• Ability to distill clinical topics into accessible, high-converting social video messaging
• Uses AI tooling to accelerate creative briefing, script generation, copy iteration, and performance analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage creator relationships across creators, patient advocates, and medical experts
• Drive creative strategy with a UGC testing roadmap using trends, data, and audience insights
• Fuel paid social acquisition by negotiating usage rights, licensing, and allow-listing
• Lead cross-functional execution from concept to launch with a repeatable system
• Optimize funnel performance by testing formats, messaging, and landing pages to reduce CAC
• Perform reporting and strategy: track metrics and refine creator selection and creative approach
• Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy laws and FTC/FDA guidelines with Legal/Clinical Ops
