Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Director of Industrial Print Business Development to lead growth in production ink jet solutions in North America. You will drive strategy, manage a team, and collaborate with direct sales and dealer partners to expand market share.

Responsibilities include defining programs, deploying webinars, creating customer applications, and partnering with marketing to develop case studies and compelling solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in related field with sales and leadership in industrial print.
• 2–5 years experience as Director of Business Development in Industrial Print & Ink.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Director, Industrial Print Business Development

• Assist in identification, analysis and definition of the KM Production Ink Jet Program.

Qualifications

• 8‑10 years of solid experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a strong track record selling industrial & production print products and managing people.
• 2‑5 years of successful sales experience as a Director of Business Development in Industrial Print & Ink.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proven ability to directly manage and track performance.
• Strong customer relationships, business acumen, and ability to drive profitability.
• Experience forecasting and managing sales in a high‑growth business; knowledge of label printing.
