Veolia Water Tech seeks a Director of Indirect Procurement for North America to lead a team responsible for overseeing+ $350M in spend across MRO, Facilities, CAPEX and related categories. The role reports to the VP of Global Indirect Procurement and focuses on regional strategy within North America.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in procurement with experience managing large, multi-category indirect spend, plus 5+ years of leadership in a matrix organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar.
• Ten years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain.
• Five years of experience managing indirect procurement for Manufacturing Operations (MRO, Facilities, CAPEX).
• Managed annual spend above US$150M.
• Five years of experience leading procurement teams.

Aufgaben

• Directs and manages the Category Management Team for Capex, Facilities, Services, Maintenance and Operations.
• Leads the Indirect Procurement function for North America and partners with regional leadership.
• Hire, develop and monitor performance of direct reports.
• Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with Finance, Operations, R&D, HR, Legal, Real Estate.
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Implement supplier relationship management and monitor KPIs.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering

Master’s degree or CPM/CPSM/PMP certification
