Veolia Water Tech is seeking a Director of Indirect Procurement for its North America Region to lead a team of Category Managers overseeing +$350M of spend across MRO, Facilities, Maintenance, CAPEX, and more. The role partners with Global Category Managers and senior stakeholders to drive cost-out and supplier initiatives regionally.

Reporting to the VP of Global Indirect Procurement, this position shapes the regional strategy, builds sustainable category plans, and guides cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Engineering or similar field.
• 10+ years in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing with category management knowledge.
• 5+ years leading indirect procurement for Manufacturing Ops (MRO, Facilities, CAPEX).
• Experience managing annual spend above $150M USD.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the Category Management Team for Capex, Facilities, Services, Maintenance and Operations.
• Leads the Indirect Procurement function for North America and engages senior regional leadership.
• Develops and deploys regional indirect spend strategy aligned with Global Procurement Strategy.
