Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of progressive nonprofit experience in private sector partnerships.
• Experience developing and executing corporate engagement strategies with multinationals.
• Experience influencing corporate policies in the food sector.
• Experience managing multi-country sustainability or market transformation programs.
• Experience with ESG, climate change, and supply chain accountability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and oversight of the Inclusive Value Chains portfolio.
• Oversee IVC grants, ensuring quality, compliance, and strong country partnerships.
• Lead fundraising to secure $500,000 annually for IVC programming.
• Engage with corporate accounts in food, beverage and agribusiness sectors.
• Represent Oxfam America in external speaking engagements and partnerships.
