Vital Voices Global Partnership is seeking a Director of Global Philanthropy in Washington, DC, to lead the major gifts fundraising strategy and donor engagement. This senior role manages a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and foundations, cultivating six- and seven-figure commitments to support women's leadership globally.

Reporting to the Chief External Relations Officer, the role drives philanthropic revenue, donor strategy, and Salesforce data integrity, with a hybrid schedule and two

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–12 years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Proven success securing six- to seven-figure gifts is preferred.
• Experience managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family foundations.
• Strong understanding of major gift fundraising, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Experience with global organizations or international development is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global philanthropy strategy to grow philanthropic investment and long-term sustainability.
• Manage a qualified portfolio of major gift prospects and donors; lead six- and seven-figure solicitations and stewardship.
• Build authentic donor relationships by connecting donors to our mission, leaders, and impact; partner on donor salons.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and stewardship reports; work with leadership on donor strategy.
• Maintain accurate donor records in Salesforce and contribute to annual fundraising planning and revenue forecasting.
