Job summary

Boone Center, Inc. in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a Director of Organizational Employment Services to lead on-site vocational support for adults with disabilities across two locations.

You will supervise staff, oversee KPI tracking, and ensure high-quality, person-centered employment outcomes. This full-time role reports to the Chief Program Officer and requires collaboration with families and community partners, compliance with state and federal guidelines, and strong data-driven program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in vocational services, disability services, or workforce development.
• Prior supervisory or program management experience required.
• Experience managing services across multiple locations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of person-centered practices and employment supports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee individualized employment and vocational support services within packaging, light manufacturing, and related program areas.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery across St. Peters and Lincoln County locations.
• Promote person-centered practices that support skill development, independence, and meaningful employment outcomes.
• Ensure workplace accommodations are identified and implemented.
• Directly supervise Employment Support Specialists and related staff, including scheduling, evaluations, coaching, and hiring decisions.
• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs; ensure goals are developed, tracked, and achieved.
• Provide regular performance updates to the Chief Program Officer; ensure compliance with DESE, DOL, CARF, DMH, and SB40 boards.
• Build relationships with families, support teams, and community stakeholders; participate in outreach.
• Ensure a safe, accessible work environment and manage incident reporting.
