Boone Center, Inc. is seeking a Director of Organizational Employment Services who will lead on-site vocational supports for about 250 adults with disabilities across St. Peters and Lincoln County.

The role emphasizes person-centered, high-quality employment services and KPI-driven performance management. The position oversees staff, ensures consistent service delivery, and collaborates with families and community partners to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in vocational or disability services.
• Prior supervisory or program management experience required.
• Experience managing services across multiple locations preferred.
• Strong data tracking and performance measurement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems.
