Job summary

Incyte Corporation seeks a Director of Inclusion & Foundation to lead the strategic direction, operations, and impact of the Incyte Foundation and workplace inclusion efforts. The role partners across HR, Communications, and external stakeholders to advance philanthropy, community engagement, and social responsibility globally.

The leader will drive governance, annual planning, and reporting while ensuring responsible stewardship of the Foundation's resources and investments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in inclusion, culture, employee engagement, corporate philanthropy, foundation management, nonprofit leadership, CSR, community affairs, or related fields.
• Experience with global organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to develop and lead inclusion and philanthropy strategies aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace inclusion strategy and initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee foundation strategy, governance, budgeting, and impact reporting.
• Develop partnerships with nonprofits, healthcare, education, and community leaders.
• Drive grantmaking processes, outcomes measurement, and compliance.
• Engage employees through volunteering, giving programs, and communications.
