Job summary

Incyte seeks a Senior leader to oversee workplace inclusion and philanthropic initiatives, shaping an inclusive culture and expanding community engagement globally.

You will guide the Foundation's vision, build partnerships with nonprofits, manage grants, and align internal programs with external impact, reporting across functions.

Strong leadership, 15+ years in inclusion or corporate philanthropy, and Delaware community networks are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
• 15+ years in inclusion, corporate philanthropy, or community engagement
• Significant leadership experience and established relationships within the Delaware community preferred
