Job summary

You will build and guide investigation teams, standardize evidence handling, develop dashboards, and partner with HR, Legal, Clinical, and Privacy to deliver timely corrective actions and a culture of safety and transparency.

Qualifications

• Governance, policy, and framework experience for incident response and risk management.
• Ability to define risk tiers, escalation thresholds, and severity scoring.
• Experience leading incident review processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise incident-management lifecycle (intake → closure) per regulations and policy.
• Oversee investigations of high-risk incidents and ANE, ensuring impartiality and timely resolution.
• Standardize evidence collection, chain-of-custody, and interview protocols.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Clinical, and Legal to maintain confidentiality and neutrality.
• Develop training on intake, interviewing, documentation, and reporting protocols.
