You’ll learn to drive sales, build strong teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while preparing to lead a Coborn’s store with ownership in mind.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years related experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to set clear expectations and hold yourself and others accountable.
• Adaptability, sound judgment, and willingness to learn every area of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead total store performance toward sales, profit, expense, labor, and guest service goals.
• Coach department leaders, set clear expectations, reinforce accountability, and develop teams.
• Deliver operational excellence across merchandising, inventory, pricing, rotation, and safety.
• Create a remarkable guest experience through personalized service and organized store environment.
• Drive merchandising and promotions to support sales and gross profit goals.
• Build leadership capability through hiring, scheduling, retention, and training.
