Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Director, Implementation in Dallas, TX to lead the Client Implementation organization, guiding website redesigns, CMS transitions, and platform delivery. You will drive scalable delivery, partner across teams, and ensure high-quality client outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in implementation or related areas, strong Jira/Confluence usage, and hands-on leadership. You will collaborate with executives and athletic department clients, shaping the implementation strategy

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in client implementation, service delivery, or program management in SaaS/digital platforms.
Experience delivering digital products including websites, mobile apps, and CMS.
Proficient in Jira and Confluence as a power user.
Comfort with AI tools to improve workflows and enable team leverage.
Experience leading teams of 1+ year and coaching individuals into ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Client Implementation organization.
Oversee end-to-end client onboarding from contract to ongoing support.
Direct migration of clients to the next-gen CMS with minimal disruption.
Establish governance, processes, and standards across implementations.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Client Support to align priorities.
