Job summary

Biotech Partners Inc. is seeking a Director of Assay Development for IVD Diagnostics to lead assay and product development across serological, molecular, and next-generation sequencing platforms, guiding efforts from concept through commercialization.

You will set strategy, oversee cross‑functional programs with R&D, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and commercial teams, and mentor a scientific team to deliver high-impact, compliant innovations.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in life sciences required.
• ~10+ years in assay/product development within diagnostics or life sciences.
• Strong experience with technologies such as ELISA, PCR, NGS, or similar.
• Proven leadership track record managing teams and complex programs.
• Deep understanding of IVD regulatory and quality requirements.

Responsibilities
