Job summary

Catholic Charities Community Services (CCCS) seeks a seasoned leader to helm the Hotline Services department within the Immigrant & Refugee Services Division. The role directs immigration information services, coordinates with diverse partners, and serves as a spokesperson for the division, guiding staff and programs to meet evolving community needs.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree and active bar status in any state or D.C.
Seven+ years of post-JD immigration law experience, preferably including removal defense and pro bono work.
Experience in data and fiscal management is highly preferred.
Minimum of three years supervising and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction, leadership, and management of the Hotline Services department.
Collaborate with division leadership and external stakeholders to modernize information services.
Act as a division spokesperson through advocacy, outreach, and engagement.
Direct and oversee the Hotline team to ensure excellent customer service.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of immigration legal information and advice.
Develop and enforce call response and QA protocols and oversee data reporting.
Hire, supervise, and mentor staff; manage performance.
