Job summary

Stanford University School of Medicine, Education Programs and Services (EPS) seeks a Director to provide strategic leadership for the Center for Immersive and Simulation-Based Learning (CISL). The Director oversees standardized patient education, simulation, and immersive learning programs to meet educational needs across students, trainees, and faculty.

Qualifications

• Leadership in complex university programs or functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and analysis for complex university programs or functions.
• Act as SME for interpretation and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Represent the program at university level and to stakeholders.
• Direct outreach strategy including relationship development, communications, and compliance.
• Oversee staff in development and implementation of programs or functions.
• May develop and oversee budgets; monitor finances and reporting.
