Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 8-12 years of experience in healthcare/imaging services and 7+ years of leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans and organizes resources within departments to meet goals and patient experience.
• Manages budgets and directs resources to meet financial goals.
• Plans, directs and evaluates the department's services and programs.
• Recruitment and development of radiology personnel and staff.
• Coordinates quality control and quality assurance activities.
