Job summary

Olin Group, LLC is seeking a Director of Project Operations to lead the Service Project Operations across North and South Carolina. You will drive leadership, execution, and financial performance while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction across multiple branches.

The role partners with Sales, Service, Estimating, and Executive Leadership to build scalable project management infrastructure and Centers of Excellence, developing high-performing teams for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in project management, construction/ services operations, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong experience leading HVAC, mechanical contracting, building automation, or service project organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for Service Project Operations across branches.
• Direct and support Project Managers and Estimators to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee all project execution phases: Pre-Bid, Planning, Execution, Closeout.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish project management best practices and Centers of Excellence.
• Develop and implement project recovery plans when necessary.
• Partner with sales and leadership to drive growth and profitability.
• Champion safety, quality, and compliance across projects.
