Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a multinational technology environment.
- At least 3+ years in a senior manager or director role leading core HR operations, HRBP functions, and People strategies.
- Deep expertise in Indian labor laws, local employment practices, statutory compliance, POSH guidelines, and regional benefit administration.
- Proven experience reporting directly into US/overseas leadership and collaborating across global time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or related certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Bridge global and regional strategy; align talent strategies with corporate objectives.
- Design and execute retention initiatives, recognition programs, and engagement frameworks for the Bangalore market.
- Ensure statutory compliance, policy alignment, immigration/visa logistics in coordination with legal counsel.
- Optimize total rewards; benchmark and implement competitive compensation, incentives, and equity models.
