It represents a new category of ocean travel created for the next generation of luxury explorers.

We are seeking a Director, HR Business Partner who will report to the Vice President, Human Resources, U.S. and lead a world‑class talent agenda in a fast‑growing market. This leader will serve as a trusted thought partner to the leadership team, bringing the best HR practices to the region while collaborating across markets to ensure MSC continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands‑on execution, applies analytical rigor to connect the people agenda to ROI and business outcomes, and champions a strong, people‑first culture.

The HRBP Director will drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent optimization across assigned business groups, directly influencing company performance and growth. This hybrid role is based in Miami and requires four days per week in the office.

Your Impact
  • Oversee all strategic and operational HR functions, including employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, organizational design, and total rewards, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalable growth.
  • Act as the primary HR advisor on all people‑related matters, influencing key decisions that drive productivity, talent retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Create, monitor, and report on HR metrics and KPIs to inform data‑driven decisions and demonstrate HR's impact on business performance.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of organizational charts and workforce budgets, partnering with Finance and business leaders to manage labor costs, optimize workforce planning, and ensure alignment with strategic and financial goals.
  • Lead the design and execution of talent reviews and formal succession plans to build strong leadership pipelines and mitigate talent risks.
