Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic HR advisor to senior leaders in North America Commercial.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to develop and execute people strategies supporting growth and launches.
• Anticipate organizational and talent implications of business decisions and propose solutions.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership, performance management, and change initiatives.
• Own integrated people strategy for the North America Commercial portfolio.
