This is a hybrid role - Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in‑office days per week and two days working remotely, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
The Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an HR leader who serves as a trusted advisor to Vice Presidents in the following business areas: Specialty Testing Sales, Payor Solutions, Workforce Optimization & Data Analytics, and Commercial Pricing. This role partners directly with executive leaders to translate business strategy into actionable workforce and organizational strategies that drive performance, growth, positive culture and organizational effectiveness. This position requires a highly strategic, intellectually curious, and results‑oriented leader who can independently identify emerging business challenges, diagnose root causes and make recommendations using data and insights to influence executive decision‑making. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, bringing a strong point of view, challenging assumptions, and helping leaders make better business decisions through effective people strategies. Success in this role is measured by business outcomes, including organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent strength, workforce productivity, and the successful execution of strategic business priorities.
Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
