Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a Director of Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner for our pharmacy field organization and to lead HR Operations. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and L&D to execute HR strategies, programs, and initiatives across the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP for multi-site operations and frontline workforce
• Experience coaching leaders through complex employee relations, performance management, investigations, organizational change, and employment decisions
• Experience leading HR teams and providing strategic oversight of company-wide people programs and operations
• Strong business acumen to translate operational priorities into practical people strategies
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management with the ability to build credibility at all levels
• Knowledge of employment laws across a geographically dispersed, multi-state workforce
• Ability to travel up to ~25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor to Operations leaders across a geographically dispersed pharmacy organization
• Coach leaders through complex employee matters, including performance management, difficult conversations, investigations, and terminations
• Lead workplace investigations and partner with Legal on complex employment matters
• Identify employee relations trends and advise on leadership effectiveness and risk
• Equip managers with tools and guidance to address issues early and effectively
• Ensure consistent application of policies and practices while fostering accountability
• Drive end-to-end pharmacy employee experience and strengthen employer brand and recruitment needs
