Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a hands-on, strategic HR leader to partner directly with the C-suite and senior leaders of our eCOA business. You’ll shape people strategy through growth and integration, drawing on experience in technology, clinical research, and M&A to help teams perform at their best.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days on site with the business. You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years as an HRBP for global teams.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and leading change in technology or life sciences.
• M&A or integration experience in clinical research or pharma is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Guide integration and change during Thermo Fisher Scientific transition.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Manage complex employee relations with sound judgment and escalation as needed.
• Develop retention, engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and L&D to provide integrated HR solutions.
