Job summary

Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a Manager, Medical Communications (eCOA) to translate complex clinical research and eCOA methodologies into compelling scientific communications. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration across Science, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive teams to strengthen market position and advance patient‑centered trial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical research, healthcare, CRO, or related life sciences environments.
• Experience within eCOA, COA, patient-centered research, or clinical technology space strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing scientific publications, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, presentations, white papers, or other scientific communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of scientific communication strategies for eCOA business objectives.
• Create, edit, review, and manage scientific publications, white papers, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, presentations, and other collateral.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, Clinical Science, and Leadership to ensure consistent scientific messaging.
• Serve as the primary liaison between eCOA Science and commercial, medical, and executive teams.
• Develop thought leadership content highlighting eCOA expertise and clinical trial innovation.
• Support publication strategies and conduct clinical and scientific research activities for publications and external communications.
• Translate complex scientific and performance data into clear business insights and data-driven narratives.
• Present findings and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
