Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 8+ years HR experience with strong HRBP and senior stakeholder exposure.
• Experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent management and change leadership.
• Strong business and financial acumen; data analytics skills required.
• Healthcare experience and HR certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and understand each function's strategy and workforce needs.
• Translate priorities into integrated people plans across workforce planning, organization design, talent, succession and leadership effectiveness.
• Advise on organizational structure, role clarity, and workforce implications of business decisions.
• Lead organizational change, restructures, leadership transitions and major workforce initiatives.
• Partner on talent reviews, succession planning, development, performance and retention of critical talent.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends and support sound decision-making.
