Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director to lead the Digital HR Platforms strategy and governance for the core HR system (SuccessFactors). You will drive data foundations, integrations, and release management, partnering with HR and IT to align enterprise architecture and analytics strategies.

You will oversee platform ownership across Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Time Tracking, and Learning, while advancing AI-driven insights and scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, digital platforms, or enterprise systems leadership.
• Experience managing SuccessFactors as an enterprise HCM solution.
• Experience with integrations, data governance, and large-scale platform optimization.
• Strong stakeholder partnership across HR, IT, and business functions.
• Experience with AI, automation, or digital enablement.
• Experience in global and/or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern a multi-year digital HR platform strategy aligned to HR, business, and enterprise technology priorities.
• Oversee SuccessFactors modules ensuring cohesive architecture and user experience.
• Lead data foundations, governance, integrations, and release management.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and workflow orchestration across HR platforms.
• Partner with HR, IT, and enterprise functions to prioritize roadmap decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across platform management, data governance, integrations, and release management.
