Job summary

Wendy's, operated by HAZA Foods, seeks a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day activities across multiple restaurants within the assigned market. You will drive operational excellence, develop leaders, and ensure strong financial performance while upholding Wendy's brand standards.

This role requires partial travel throughout the market to coach, visit locations, and execute strategic initiatives to improve guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive restaurant operations experience.
• 3–5 years in a multi-unit leadership role overseeing multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills required.
