Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Director of Product Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to lead our product safety and regulatory programs in Indianapolis. You will shape governance, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic regulatory initiatives to support safe, compliant, and innovative products.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in regulatory affairs, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with product standards, certifications, and data-driven decision making (SAP/Power BI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technology, regulatory affairs, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and proven experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, certification/listing management, product safety, standards, or related area.
  • Proven leadership experience including people and project leadership, cross-functional influence, and performance management.
  • Experience interpreting and applying product standards, codes, regulations, and certification requirements to products and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to senior leaders and teams; proficient in data-driven decision making; SAP and Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Product Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team to meet objectives.
  • Establish governance, policies, and processes for product compliance across the organization.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact with practical implementation plans.
  • Ensure timely, complete, and accurate certifications, listings, and compliance data.
  • Report compliance metrics and risks to senior leadership; drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product, Sourcing, Legal, and Manufacturing on new launches and changes.
  • Represent the company with standard development organizations and certifiers.
