Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Employee Relations, Recruiting or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Data analysis and data presentation.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication including presentation skills.
• Ability to build consensus with stakeholders.
