Job summary

Rittal is seeking a Director of Hugh Performance Computing Solutions to lead the North American HPC customer strategy, drive growth, and develop end-to-end solutions for cloud, AI, and data center deployments.

The role requires executive relationship management, cross-functional leadership across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, and a proven track record in large-scale complex deals with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in data center infrastructure, IT systems, or related industries.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing teams or strategic accounts.
• Experience with hyperscale, cloud, AI, colocation, or large enterprise customers.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, enclosure systems, power distribution, cooling, and direct liquid cooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North American HPC growth strategy.
• Establish executive-level relationships with HPC customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enclosure, cooling, and data center solutions.
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Own revenue growth, profitability, and strategic planning.
