Job summary

NorthMark Compute & Cloud seeks a Director, Strategic Infrastructure Partnerships to lead and grow our ecosystem of strategic infrastructure partners. The role centralizes ownership of partnership strategy and serves as the business-side counterpart to executives, translating objectives into partner roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with technology vendors at an enterprise level.
• 8–12+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or vendor management in tech infrastructure, cloud, or HPC environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with hardware OEMs, GPU suppliers, data center providers, ISVs, and channel partners.
• Identify and prioritize new vendor relationships aligned to cloud infrastructure, AI compute, and networking roadmap.
• Own the HPC partnership roadmap and ensure cross-organizational visibility and alignment.
• Track industry trends to surface partnership opportunities in cloud, AI infrastructure, and GPUs.
• Act as primary business-side partner to executive leadership and Head of Infrastructure.
• Coordinate partner enablement programs, certifications, and technical training initiatives.
• Lead negotiation of commercial agreements, pricing structures, rebates, and SLAs with procurement.
• Monitor vendor performance, timelines, and contractual compliance; elevate issues as needed.
• Support cost optimization through vendor consolidation and strategic sourcing.
