Job summary

Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to plan, organize, and manage the hospital's facilities, loss prevention, and telecommunications functions. You will oversee Food Services, Environmental Services, and Security, develop a safety program, and ensure Life Safety and Environment of Care standards are met.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, implementing Security and Emergency Preparedness procedures, and acting as Safety/Security

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare facilities management experience.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance such as LifeSafety NFPA 101, 2012.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage facilities management, loss prevention, and telecommunications.
• Direct oversight of Food Services, Environmental Services and Security.
• Develop, implement, and monitor a safety management program.
• Conduct regular Life Safety and Environment of Care inspections.
• Ensure Security and Emergency Preparedness procedures are properly implemented.
• Appointed as facility Safety / Security Officer.
