Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 7+ years of sales or industry experience with 3+ years of direct management experience.
• Deep Home Center channel expertise preferred and demonstrated executive relationships.
• Experience with national partner agreements, CRM adoption, and brand compliance.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate revenue growth and margin optimization for the Home Center channel nationally.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with national retail leaders and THD teams.
• Lead channel segmentation, playbooks, and CRM adoption across the network.
• Drive operational excellence, KPI monitoring, and strategic initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Provide leadership and development for Home Center sales and ops teams.
