Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a digital product leader to drive strategy and execution for our digital product portfolio. You will lead product management teams to define, develop, and deliver innovative digital solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

You will partner with technology, marketing, sales and care teams to translate customer insights into product requirements, track KPIs, and guide ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Digital Product Management.
• 5 years of experience in Management or leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in Agile Software Development methodology.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in Healthcare Industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring/termination decisions, coaching, rewards, performance management and staff productivity.
• Product Planning & Execution: Oversee digital product delivery from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with technology, marketing, sales, and customer service; communicate vision and progress.
• Customer Focus: Understand customer needs via market research and data, translate into product requirements.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and prioritize development.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Foster experimentation and rapid iteration with new technologies.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
