Job summary

Long Beach City College is seeking a Director of High School Outreach and Educational Partnerships to plan, develop, and evaluate operations for Matriculation and Early College Initiatives, including CCAP, high school matriculation, and dual enrollment. You will supervise staff, collaborate with faculty and counselors, and partner with K-12 stakeholders to expand pathways and student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with leadership experience.
• Experience leading Matriculation and dual enrollment programs preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with K-12 partners and college departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct day-to-day operations for Matriculation and Early College Initiatives.
• Lead annual program planning for Matriculation and Early College Initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with local K-12 partners to advance matriculation and dual enrollment.
• Develop CCAP MOUs and articulation agreements with K-12 partners and districts.
• Coordinate program budgets and supervise staff and faculty involved in outreach.
