Job summary

Fruition Group US seeks a Director of Supply Chain & Operations to own sourcing, planning, inventory, and logistics for a portfolio of high‑frequency electronic components. The role is based in Northern California with onsite/hybrid flexibility, reporting to senior leadership.

You will set strategic direction, drive continuous improvement, manage the function's budget, and lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, sales, finance, and HR. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a High-Frequency Electronic Component manufacturing supply chain role.
• 5+ years leading supply chain or planning teams in a fast-moving, low-volume/high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to flex between strategic direction-setting and hands-on tactical execution, leading through other managers, with strong people- and budget-management skills and excellent communication.
• Experience with ERP, MES, and advanced planning systems; CPIM/CSCP or similar accreditation is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and export control regulations; knowledge of dual/multi-sourcing and obsolescence management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing and procurement, inventory, shipping and logistics, and supply planning end to end.
• Set the long-term vision and near-term goals for the function, tracking performance and adjusting course as needed.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risk at the enterprise level; build resilience through dual-sourcing and contingency planning.
• Oversee capacity planning, inventory positioning, make/buy decisions and partnerships to support product lifecycle.
