Hark in San Jose seeks an Electronics Strategic Supply Chain Manager to own sourcing strategy, commercial execution, and supply readiness for critical electronics used in next-generation AI hardware.

The role requires hands-on leadership across PCBA, EMS/CM, semiconductors, RF/modules, and board-level technologies, with a track record in NPI and mass production ramps, supplier negotiations, and data-driven cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic supply management for high-volume electronics.
• Direct experience with PCBA/EMS/CM, semiconductors, RF/modules, and board-level technologies across NPI and sustained production.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements covering price, NRE, tooling, capacity, lead time, and long-term supply commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management for electronics commodities (PCB Assembly, EMS/CM, semiconductors, RF/connectivity, flex circuits, connectors).
• Lead end-to-end RFQ, supplier selection, sourcing awards, cost negotiation, and contract execution (NDA, MSA, SOW, NRE, tooling).
• Drive PCB Assembly and EMS commercial readiness, BOM cost management, SMT/test cost breakdown, capacity plans, and line readiness for ramps.
• Manage allocation and long-lead risk across NPI and production (wafer capacity, lead times, NCNR, risk buys, EOL plans).
• Negotiate terms including price, payment terms, liability, warranty, and long-lead material exposure; ensure data-backed commitments.
