Job summary

Inovalon is seeking a Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead retrospective cohort studies using our claims data assets and external sources. You will guide study design, statistical analysis, and dissemination while advising on strategic directions across multiple therapeutic areas.

The role requires senior HEOR leadership, excellent client engagement, and a track record in managing projects, budgets, and teams. Travel is typically limited as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years’ HEOR experience in healthcare with observational methods.
• Three+ years in managing projects from inception to completion.
• Experience communicating complex findings to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead retrospective cohort studies using claims data and external sources.
• Drive scope, study design, analysis plans, and dissemination materials.
• Serve as HEOR subject matter expert across the firm.
• Manage client relationships, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with policies.
