Inovalon is seeking a Senior Manager for Health Economics and Outcomes Research to join its Insights Business unit in the United States. You will lead HEOR projects, guide scientists and consultants, and translate findings into strategic client recommendations.

Expect cross-functional collaboration and frequent client interaction to shape value-based health strategies. Qualified candidates bring 4+ years in HEOR, strong communication, and advanced project management skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HEOR consulting experience or equivalent in healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare consulting or life sciences preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication for executives and technical audiences.
• MS Office proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Familiarity with HEOR concepts and product development cycles preferred.
• Advanced consulting and project management acumen; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support HEOR projects for life sciences clients, including study design and analysis planning.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver client work on time and within scope.
• Translate research findings into client value-driven strategies.
• Engage clients with innovative HEOR solutions and deepen relationships.
• Contribute to project profitability and develop SOWs.
